Current COVID-19 precautions

Updated 8/1 While we will of course continue to live-stream all of our services, we have worked out the technical kinks of leading worship in person outside while simultaneously retaining a high quality live-streamed service online. As such, we would like to welcome you to join us in person starting August 2nd for live worship together in our spacious backyard outdoor worship space.

We ask that all who would plan to attend, please respect the health and safety of others by wearing masks and maintaining 6 feet of physical distance between householdsPlease bring your own lawn chairs and masks.

The church council will continue to meet regularly to monitor and discussed the information presented by experts and public health officials. We invite you to watch the video conference organized by the Minneapolis Area Synod office with epidemiologist Dr. Michael Osterholm. Welcome

Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, as a community of Christian faith, strives to invite all people into a deeper walk of discipleship. Rooted in the theology of inclusion framed by the Apostle Paul (Galatians 3:28) we welcome, celebrate, and affirm all people of every race and culture without regard to age, abilities, addictions, physical or mental health, citizenship status, socioeconomic circumstance, sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship status.

We recognize one baptism in the name of the Holy Trinity regardless of where it occurred, or who performed it. We celebrate an open communion table acknowledging that it is Christ’s table and not our own.

All are welcome here. You are welcome here.
